*Savings includes 2% discount each service period, plus the last 2 service periods FREE. If you skip more than 1 service period or cancel this subscription, you lose the FREE 2 periods at the end of the 12 month contract. Same service provider usually services you, but we have the right to provide alternative service provider if they are not available for a given service period. A service period is a given service provided during a one week or 2 week period. We will contact you to select the regular day of week the service provider will provide the service. However, during certain holidays or incelemt weather, we may have to schedule the service up to 72 hours later or up to 48 hours before your scheduled service dates.

Large Bag Service includes:
- All you can fit in Large laundry bag wash and dry
- We separate whites from darks
- We do NOT mix your clothes with other clients. We wash separately.
- Free pick up and delivery within a 20 miles radius
- Free Folding and wrapped in plastic for protection from weather
- We will hang your pants, shirts, dresses. Simply provide hangers with pickup
- Put in Hamper or laundry bag. We put in our bags, leaving your hamper intact.
If you do not select a fabric softener, we will not use one.
All Services are to be completed between 1-2 business days
Garment Warranty: Up to $35 per garment ($200 maximum per order), credited to your wetcrow.com account for future use. We will inform you before we wash any garment that may be damaged. Warranty is limited to damage caused by our laundering process. Warranty does not covered worn-out garments or undergarments or socks. Covers claims made within 24 hours of delivery. Credit given to customer, under this warranty is at sole discretion of Wetcrow.com. Shrinkage or garments is not covered under warranty.
