Co-Habitation Agreement
Most of us have seen Judge Judy and Peoples Court on TV and have seen the bickering between former roommates and lovers.
The biggest issue that comes up is who is responsible for the bills, when one roommate has to move out, for another job in a distant city or gets married or involved in a new relationship.
